Job Description
Nature of Work: Hands-on trainee role in fragrance R&D and blending under expert mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Weigh, measure & compound fragrance ingredients with precision
• Assist in developing & testing formulas for candles, diffusers, automotive & fine fragrance
• Perform basic stability, solubility & evaporation tests
• Maintain raw material inventory, formula logs & batch documentation
• Participate in daily olfactory training to build scent discrimination skills
• Learn regulatory fundamentals (IFRA, labeling) and production workflows.
• Packaging, B2B orders, Label Printing and other work
Training Provided: Full mentorship on perfumery techniques, product bases, and safety protocols. Open to freshers & non-graduates with chemistry interest.
