Job Description – Fundraising Telecaller (NGO)

Position: Fundraising Telecaller

Department: Fundraising & Donor Relations

Location: Mumbai/ All over India 

Reporting To: Fundraising Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking motivated Telecallers to connect with potential and existing donors, explain our NGO’s mission, and encourage contributions. The role requires strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to donors/supporters to raise funds.

Explain NGO projects clearly and convincingly.

Maintain donor records and follow-up regularly.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly fundraising targets.

Handle donor queries politely and professionally.

Requirements:

Minimum 10th pass /12th pass /Graduate (any stream).

Experience in telecalling/fundraising/sales preferred.

Excellent verbal communication in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].

Goal-oriented, persuasive, and empathetic.

Basic computer knowledge.

Work Conditions:

Full-time /(Office/Remote).

Salary 22k Upto  

Monday to Sunday - 2 Sunday Rotational 2 Sunday Fix Off 

10 to 7 Working Time 

Fresher or Experience (Any Sales Experience) Both candidate Apply
