Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and responsible Graphic Designer & Social Media Handler who can visually represent the Kokan Gold brand and manage our social media presence. The role involves designing promotional creatives, product visuals, and handling daily social media content to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

A. Graphic DesigningDesign posters, banners, hoardings, vehicle branding, and in-shop creatives

• Create product creatives
• Design festival creatives, offers, and seasonal campaigns
• Prepare creatives for:
• 
  
• WhatsApp marketing
• Instagram & Facebook posts
• Distributor & retailer promotions
• Ensure brand consistency (logo, colors, fonts, product identity)
• Edit photos and basic videos for promotions
• Work closely with management for approvals and revisions
• B. Social Media HandlingManage daily posting on:
• 
  
• Instagram
• Facebook
• WhatsApp Business
• Plan and schedule:
• 
  
• Product launches
• Festival posts
• Offers & schemes
• Write simple, catchy captions (English / Hindi / Marathi)
• Handle basic reels & story posting
• Respond to basic comments and messages
• Track engagement (likes, reach, followers)
• Suggest ideas to improve brand presence digitally

Required SkillsProficiency in:

• Canva (mandatory)
• Photoshop / Illustrator (preferred)
• Basic video editing knowledge (mobile or PC tools)
• Understanding of branding & marketing
• Creativity with local & regional market understanding
• Knowledge of Instagram & Facebook trends
• Good communication and coordination skills

Qualification

• Experience preferred, but freshers with strong portfolio can apply
• Experience in FMCG / Food / Ice Cream / Dairy brand is an advantage
