Compensation: Rs. 25,000 onwards per month (based on skills and experience)

Experience Required: 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design (Agency experience preferred)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our audience.

This role involves designing marketing creatives, social media content, and branding materials, while ensuring consistency across all platforms.

A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work and hands-on expertise in design tools is mandatory for this role.

Candidates will be required to complete a short design test as part of the selection process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design aesthetics, creativity, and the ability to execute ideas quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Creative Development

Create high-quality designs for:

• Social media posts
• Marketing creatives (ads, banners, brochures)
• Branding and promotional materials

Develop visually appealing concepts aligned with brand identity

1. Brand Consistency

   Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines

Maintain consistency across all digital and offline platforms

1. Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with marketing and content teams

Understand project requirements and translate them into creative outputs

Incorporate feedback and refine designs accordingly

1. Review & Improvement

Review final designs and suggest improvements

Ensure high-quality output with attention to detail

1. Time & Project Management

Handle multiple design projects simultaneously

Deliver creatives within deadlines in a fast-paced environment

1. Skills & Competencies

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Basic knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro (preferred)

Strong understanding of:

• Typography
• Colour theory
• Layout and composition

Creativity with attention to detail

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
