Head - Finance & Accounts

1.      Supervise and manage Accounts & Finance department of the company through existing team.

2.      Preparation of working capital statement.

3.      Budgeting and cash flow.

4.      Supervise & complete regulatory filing such as GST, TDS etc.

5.      Supervise compliance matters of all 3 companies.

6.      Ensure & complete bank statement and reconciliation.

7.      Establishing and adhering best accounting practices.

8.      Maintaining documentation from an audit point of view.

9.      Must overlook finance and accounting functions – payments, receivables, banking, salaries, ROC filing, audit, etc.

10.  Liaise with external parties & maintain shareholder data, financial data & MIS Preparation.

11.  Banking transaction monitoring including NBFCs.

12.  Any other responsibilities that may be added as per the requirements of the organization.
