Healthcare AR Caller

Job Title: AR Caller (Healthcare)Experience: Minimum 1 years (AR Calling – US Healthcare)

Salary: Up to 40K

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced AR Caller with a strong background in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

The candidate will be responsible for handling Accounts Receivable, following up on insurance claims, and ensuring timely payments.

• Key Responsibilities:Perform outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and payment follow-ups
• Analyze and resolve denied or unpaid claims
• Work on aging reports and reduce AR backlog
• Handle insurance verification and eligibility checks if required
• Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions in billing software
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams for claim resolution
• Required Skills:Minimum 1+ years of AR Calling experience in US Healthcare
• Good understanding of medical billing & RCM process
• Knowledge of denial management and claim lifecycle
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Familiarity with billing tools/software
