Housekeeping Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION: HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and overall Members & Guest satisfaction. This role involves supervising housekeeping staff, inspecting rooms and Club (Internal & External) areas, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Responsibilties:

·        Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.

·        Assign duties and inspect work to ensure cleanliness standards are met.

·        Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.

·        Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.

·        Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

·        Monitor and control inventory of cleaning supplies and linens.

·        Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally.

·        Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the maintenance department.

·        Maintain records of cleaning schedules, inspections, and staff performance.

·        Coordinate with all other departments’ mainly front office, Purchase & Maintenance for various requirements.

Required Qualifications:

·        Minimum 1-2 years of Relevant Experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor

·        Prior supervisory experience is an advantage.

·        Strong leadership and team management skills.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

·        Salary Given : 25 to 30k Gross
