Job Description
- HR Assistant – Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales positions including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Post job ads on portals, LinkedIn, and referral channels.
- Maintain candidate database and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and leaves.
- Assist with onboarding, documentation, and induction of new hires.
- Maintain HR records and support payroll inputs.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and compliance documentation.
- Provide support in HR applications and daily operations.
- Assist in employee engagement and training activities.
- Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and smooth HR communication across teams.
