HR Executive

Job Responsibilities of HR Executive 

• Implement effective sourcing, screening of candidates as per requirements from time to time.
• Actively involved in Daily operations of the HR department.
• Helping out in hiring, training coordination, leave management and other HR activities.
• Onboarding of new joiners including documentation.
• Good knowledge of sourcing candidates and portal usage.
• Involved in making joining/attrition reports , tracking uniform usage and employee data management

Key Requirements

• You have prior experience within HR
• Good knowledge of HR Systems and Recruitment
• People oriented and results driven.
