Job Title: HR Executive – Policy & Process Development

Location: Kharghar

Department: Human Resources

Industry: Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC)

Job Summary:

The HR Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and processes that align with the company’s objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, industry best practices, and employee management to ensure a smooth and efficient HR framework within the NBFC sector.

  • Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Policy Development & Implementation: Design, review, and implement HR policies in line with NBFC regulations and industry standards.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, RBI guidelines, and financial sector HR regulations.
  • Update policies regularly to adapt to regulatory changes and company needs.
  • Communicate and train employees on new policies and guidelines.

2. Process Design & Optimization: Develop and streamline HR processes for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee exits.

  • Standardize HR workflows to improve efficiency and transparency.
  • Implement automation and digital solutions for HR operations.

3. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure HR policies comply with NBFC regulatory requirements and labor laws.

  • Maintain HR records, employee handbooks, and policy manuals.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to policies.

4. Employee Engagement & Support: Address employee concerns related to HR policies.

  • Act as a point of contact for policy-related queries.
  • Assist in grievance handling and conflict resolution.

5. Performance & Policy Analysis: Monitor the effectiveness of HR policies and processes.

  • Collect feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare reports on policy implementation and compliance.


  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in NBFCs or the financial sector.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and NBFC regulations.
  • Policy drafting and process optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
