Job Description
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for diverse roles
- Conduct onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring new hires are familiarized with the company's design ethos, product catalogs, and customer service standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring quick and fair resolutions.
- Develop and implement engagement initiatives to foster a collaborative, creative, and motivated workplace culture.
- Assist in executing the performance appraisal process, tracking KPIs tailored to different departments (e.g., sales targets for retail staff, project delivery for designers).
- Identify training needs, particularly in areas like product knowledge, emerging home design trends, and customer experience.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and shift rosters (especially crucial for retail and warehouse employees).
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records in the HR database.
- Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and full-and-final settlements.
