HR Executive

Job Summary:The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and assisting in implementing HR policies and procedures. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
• Facilitate employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.

2. HR Operations & Administration

• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS or personnel files.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
• Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation as required.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
• Support grievance handling and help maintain a positive work culture.
• Conduct exit interviews and prepare attrition reports.

4. Performance Management

• Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
• Track goal-setting and performance review processes.

5. Policy Implementation & Compliance

• Support HR policy development and ensure adherence across departments.
