HR Executive

Role Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Sourcing Specialist to identify, attract, and engage high-quality candidates for various roles within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, using multiple sourcing strategies, and supporting the recruitment team in meeting hiring targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and networking
• Use platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex, and internal databases to identify qualified talent
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial candidate outreach via calls, emails, and messages
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and sourcing trackers
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Build long-term talent pools for recurring and future hiring needs
• Track sourcing metrics such as response rate, pipeline conversion, and time-to-source
