HR Generalist

• Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & OnboardingManage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews)

• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs
• Maintain recruitment metrics and reports

2. Employee RelationsAct as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries

• Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Support employee engagement initiatives

3. HR Operations & AdministrationMaintain employee records (HRIS, files, contracts)

• Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, exit)
• Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs

4. Performance ManagementCoordinate performance appraisal cycles

• Support goal setting and performance reviews
• Assist managers with performance improvement plans (PIPs)

5. Learning & DevelopmentIdentify training needs

• Coordinate internal and external training programs
• Track training effectiveness

6. Compliance & Policy ManagementEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policies

• Draft, update, and implement HR policies and SOPs
• Support audits and statutory requirements

7. Compensation & BenefitsAssist in salary structuring and benchmarking

• Manage employee benefits and insurance programs
• Support payroll processing and audits

8. Exit & Separation ManagementConduct exit interviews

• Manage full & final settlements
• Analyze attrition data

Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution
• HRIS and MS Office proficiency
• Confidentiality and ethical judgment
• Time management and multitasking
• Educational Qualification- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
