HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage and coordinate HR activities in our hospital. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, training & development, attendance & payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with hospital HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff (Doctors, Nurses, Technicians, Administrative Staff, Housekeeping, etc.)

• Conduct employee onboarding, documentation, and induction process.

• Maintain employee records and HR files.

• Manage attendance, leave records, salary input & payroll coordination.

• Address employee queries and provide HR support in daily operations.

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (ESIC, PF, Gratuity, etc.)

• Support performance evaluation and appraisal processes.

• Coordinate training, skill development & hospital HR activities.

• Promote a positive work culture and staff retention.

Skills Required:

• Good communication & interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.

• Hands-on experience with recruitment and HR software.

• Knowledge of hospital staff roles will be an added advantage.

Education:

Graduate / MBA / PG in HR or related field.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
