Job Title: HR Manager

Summary

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, ensuring legal compliance. The HR Manager works closely with other departments to support business goals and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, provide guidance on HR policies, and mediate conflicts. Conduct investigations and disciplinary actions as needed.

• HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.

• HRIS and Data Management: Manage HRIS systems, maintain employee records, and generate reports.

• Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.

• Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• MBA in Human Resources OR related field.

• 2+ years of experience in HR Recruitment.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
