HR Placement Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Placement Coordinator to manage end-to-end placement activities. The role involves coordinating with students/candidates and companies, scheduling interviews, and ensuring successful job placements

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with students/candidates for placement opportunities
• Identify and connect with companies for job openings
• Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and employers
• Maintain a database of candidates and job requirements
• Guide candidates on resume preparation and interview skills
• Follow up with companies for feedback and selection updates
• Ensure placement targets are achieved on a monthly basis
• Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
• Organize placement drives, job fairs, and campus interviews
• Track placement reports and prepare regular MIS reports

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good coordination and follow-up ability
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in placement, recruitment, or HR coordination

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in education institute placements or consultancy
• Knowledge of job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
