• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent.
• Manage candidate databases and recruitment tools.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct reference checks and extend job offers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
