HR Recruiter

Job Summary

Amtrade is looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to close positions efficiently across multiple roles.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases

Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews

Scheduling technical/final interviews either with the technical panel or with the management group and follow up on the feedbacks.

Schedule interviews and manage candidate follow-ups

Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports

Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Support onboarding and documentation activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in HR or any relevant field

1–3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter

Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed,Apna etc.)

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
