Job description:

4 years of experience with Consulting firm manage Metro Cities end to end Recruitment Cycle ideally for NON IT - Mfg, Consumer goods FMCG, Construction, Engerineering Cos etc

***Recruiter should have mobile, simcard, Laptop & Internet connection*** Purely WORK FROM HOME*** 10 am-5PM with 2nd and 4th Saturday off

Day-Day Tasks:-

• Understanding assignments, Sourcing of CVs from various portals, social media and Linkedin
• Doing 1st Initial round, mailing JD/ URL of Co to candidates and later detailed Final Telephonic screening sometimes Googlemeet/ zoom / whatsapp interview as candidates feels comfortable and assignments requirement
• Formatting - Preparing telephonic screening in Table form of each profile shared to clients - Internal firm policy
• we work on quality rather then quantity -------------------this is impt
• Scheudling and Lining Interviews / Create tracker on googlesheet of candidates whose CVs share to client and mail to Internal Director
• Negotiation & Closing: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and reference checks
• Accountablity and Responsibilities is mandatory
