Job Description
🌟 We’re Hiring – HR Executive (Fresher) 🌟
Location: Mira Road, Mumbai
Salary: As per Interview
Experience: Freshers Welcome
Position: HR Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain candidate database and update interview status
- Coordinate between clients and candidates for joining formalities
- Support HR operations such as offer letters, onboarding & attendance tracking
- Assist in employee engagement and internal HR activities
- Handle basic documentation and record-keeping
Requirements:
HSC (Any Stream) – Freshers can apply
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
Energetic, organized, and willing to learn
Immediate joiners preferred
