Tronospolicyaa Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a growing financial company. We are looking for a smart and confident HR Executive to handle recruitment and basic HR operations.
🔹 Responsibilities:
Call candidates and schedule interviews
Screen and shortlist candidates
Handle joining process and document verification
Coordinate with team and support basic office work
🔹 Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi / Marathi / English)
Basic computer knowledge
Only experienced candidates can apply
Positive attitude and confidence
🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives
⏰ Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
