Job Title: HR Recruiter (Teachers & Staff Hiring)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Recruiter responsible for hiring Teachers and Internal Employees .

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen teachers for all subjects and classes
• Hire internal staff as per company requirements
• Conduct telephonic interviews and schedule final interviews
• Verify documents and complete onboarding process
• Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database
• Close positions within timeline

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Recruitment experience preferred
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
• Target-oriented and organized

Experience: 0–3 years

Salary: 10,000 to 20,000 and incentives
