Position: HR Recruiter

Location: Malad west

Shift timing - 10 am to 7 pm ( Day shift )

Experience Required: 0–5 Years (Flexible)

Salary - Negotiable

✨ Roles & Responsibilities

🔹 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned positions.

Understand job requirements from hiring managers and prepare job descriptions.

Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.

Handle salary discussion, negotiation, and offer closure.

🔹 Candidate Experience

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all applicants.

Maintain and update the ATS / recruitment tracker.

🔹 Onboarding & Documentation

Issue offer letters and coordinate pre-joining formalities.

Assist in new hire onboarding and orientation sessions.

Ensure all joining documentation is complete and filed.

🧩 Skills Required

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Good understanding of full-cycle recruitment

Knowledge of job portals & ATS tools

Strong screening, assessment, and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple positions at once

Attention to detail & time management

🎓 Qualifications

10th / 12th / Graduation any
