🔍 Role Overview:As an HR Executive – Recruitment, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for positions in the Banking & NBFC sectors.

1. 📌 Key Responsibilities:Source and connect with job seekers in the financial services industry
2. Screen resumes using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
3. Conduct telephonic interviews with shortlisted candidates
4. Schedule interviews with hiring managers and teams
5. Coordinate candidate selection and joining process
6. Regular follow-ups with candidates
7. Handle end-to-end recruitment responsibilities
