HR Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven HR Recruiter to join our consultancy team, specializing in bulk hiring for various clients across industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of quality

candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process for bulk hiring mandates (sourcing to onboarding).

Understand client requirements, job specifications, and hiring timelines.

Source candidates through Social media, databases, and referrals.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on job criteria. Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.

Maintain daily/weekly reports on hiring status and candidate pipeline.

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
