HR Recruiter

The HR Executive – Recruitment will be responsible for end-to-end hiring, primarily focusing on bulk and lateral recruitment for BPO voice and support processes.

The role demands strong sourcing skills, closure mindset, and the ability to meet aggressive hiring targets in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and vendor partnerships

• Conduct bulk calling, screening, and shortlisting for voice and non-voice roles

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements Interview & Selection

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with operations and stakeholders

• Conduct initial HR interviews and eligibility checks

• Ensure quick turnaround between interview, selection, and offer release Offer Management & Closures

• Roll out offers, negotiate compensation within defined bands

• Drive offer acceptance and reduce dropouts before joining

• Maintain tracker for offers, joiners, no-shows, and fallouts Onboarding & Joining

• Ensure documentation readiness prior to joining

• Coordinate joining formalities and induction schedules

• Track day-1 and post-joining attendance to control early attrition Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination • Liaise with recruitment consultancies and referral partners

• Share hiring plans, batch details, and payout structures

• Coordinate with operations for real-time manpower needs Recruitment MIS & Reporting

• Maintain daily recruitment dashboards and hiring MIS

• Track TAT, cost per hire, and source effectiveness

• Share daily/weekly hiring status with leadership
