Human Resource Executive

Position Summary:

Career Guideline is seeking a Graduate Fresher for the role of HR Executive Internal Hiring. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting internal recruitment operations, primarily focused on hiring and onboarding HR Recruiters for the consultancy.

Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end internal recruitment activities for HR Recruiter positions.
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen applications and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with management.
• Manage offer issuance, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
• Ensure a structured and smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and internal hiring trackers.
