Human Resource Executive

• The HR Executive (Fresher) supports day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee records, onboarding, and basic HR administration. This role is ideal for candidates starting their career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups

Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees

Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation

Support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination

Help organize training programs and employee engagement activities

Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures

Handle basic employee queries related to HR processes

Support compliance with company policies and labor regulations

Prepare HR reports and MIS as required
