Career Guideline is looking for dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiters (Freshers & Experienced) to join our growing recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities and maintaining strong candidate relationships.

Job Title: HR Recruiter – Fresher / Experienced

Company: Career Guideline (HR Recruitment Consultancy)

Location: Mulund West, Mumbai (Near station )

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia, etc.), social media, references, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Assist in onboarding and documentation process
