HVAC Site Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced VRF/VRV Site Engineer to oversee installation, execution, and coordination of HVAC projects at site level. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of VRF/VRV systems and the ability to manage teams, contractors, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Execution

Supervise and manage installation of VRF/VRV systems as per drawings, specifications, and standards.

Review HVAC drawings (AutoCAD layouts) including piping, ducting, electrical routing, and equipment placement.

Ensure proper copper piping, brazing, insulation, nitrogen testing, vacuuming, and commissioning procedures.

Monitor installation of indoor units, outdoor units, branch selector boxes, wiring, and controllers.

Coordinate with OEM technicians for testing, commissioning, and system handover.

Site Management

Plan daily work schedule, manpower allocation, materials, and tools.

Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and project managers for work progress.

Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with technical requirements.

Resolve technical issues at site and support troubleshooting activities.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain project progress reports, daily site logs, and installation checklists.

Verify BOQ, material consumption, and ensure timely availability of materials.

Prepare and submit commissioning reports and handover documents.
