Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled ICP-OES Operator with strong analytical and technical expertise to join our Production and Quality team. The ideal candidate will perform purity testing of raw materials, support Rhodium Sulphate formulation, and assist in troubleshooting production issues.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain the Alegent ICP-OES machine for purity analysis of incoming raw materials.
• Formulate and test brighteners for compatibility with Rhodium Sulphate.
• Inspect and ensure the quality of fabricated Rhodium Sulphate.
• Identify and resolve production-related issues linked to Rhodium Sulphate.
• Collaborate with the Production Engineer on technical and process challenges.
• Prepare and maintain detailed analytical reports, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience operating ICP-OES instruments (Alegent preferred).
• Strong understanding of Rhodium Sulphate chemistry and brightener formulations.
• Proficiency in analytical testing and data interpretation.
• M.Sc./B.Sc. in Chemistry or equivalent scientific qualification.
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional production and engineering teams.
