ICU Nurse Incharge

Position: Staff Nurse In-charge (ICU)

Location: Upasani Super Speciality Hospital Pvt. Ltd., Mulund, Mumbai

Education & Qualification

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
• Registered with the Maharashtra Nursing Council
• 10–12 years of ICU experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide all ICU nursing staff.
• Assign staff to patients and departmental duties.
• Ensure appropriate nurse–patient ratios at all times.
• Oversee admissions, discharges, and patient transfers.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with ICU protocols and hospital policies.
• Conduct daily checks of emergency drugs and lifesaving equipment.
• Maintain ICU inventory, crash cart, stock registers, and expiry checks.
• Ensure ICU safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Maintain staff attendance, leave records, and discipline.
• Assist the Nursing Head in incident investigations and quality improvement activities.

Job Details

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)

Preferred Gender: Female

Experience: 10–12 years (Mandatory)
