Industrial HR Executive

Handle end-to-end recruitment for industrial manpower requirements.Source candidates for positions such as Boiler Operators, Technicians, Electricians, HVAC Technicians, Maintenance Staff, and Supervisors.Post job requirements on job portals, social media, and recruitment platforms.Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/HR interviews.Coordinate with clients and site supervisors for interview scheduling and feedback.Maintain a database of skilled technical candidates.Ensure timely mobilization and joining of selected candidates.Handle documentation, joining formalities, and employee records.Coordinate with operations and HR team for manpower planning.Maintain recruitment reports and trackers.Required SkillsGood knowledge of industrial and technical recruitment.Familiarity with roles like Boiler Operator, Maintenance Technician, Electrical/Mechanical staff.Strong communication and coordination skills.Ability to work on multiple site requirements simultaneously.Knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools.
