Inside Sales Executive – Key Responsibilities, We are seeking a driven and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to join our Presco team. This role focuses on driving end-to-end online sales through calls, video presentations, and digital communication. The ideal candidate is energetic, tech-savvy, and motivated by achieving measurable targets in a fully remote sales environment.

1. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients via outbound calls and digital channels to build a strong sales pipeline.
2. Customer Qualification – Engage leads to understand their business needs, purchasing capacity, and decision-making process.
3. Product Demonstrations – Conduct engaging virtual presentations and demos of the Presco platform, highlighting its value and practical benefits.
4. Sales Conversion – Manage the full sales cycle — from initial contact and needs analysis to negotiation and deal closure.
5. Pipeline Management – Maintain accurate and timely updates of all interactions, opportunities, and progress in the CRM system.
6. Performance Tracking – Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while monitoring personal metrics.
7. Collaboration & Reporting – Coordinate with marketing and support teams for lead nurturing and provide detailed daily/weekly performance reports to management.
