Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Extraaaz.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and closing sales through calls, emails, and online platforms.

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services

Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities

Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions

Coordinate with the field sales team when required Prepare and maintain sales reports

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Required Skills:

Good communication and convincing skills Basic knowledge of sales techniques Ability

to handle rejection and remain positive Strong follow-up

and negotiation skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

Qualification:

Graduate/ Undergraduate

6 Days working Sunday is fixed off

Office Time
