Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1 Client Prospecting & Lead Management:

  • Reach out to potential clients interested in wealth management services.
  • Qualify leads based on investment potential, financial goals, and risk profile.

2 Initial Financial Consultations:

  • Conduct preliminary needs analysis to understand a client's goals (retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, etc.).
  • Schedule appointments with senior advisors or wealth managers for in-depth discussions.

3 Product Education & Promotion:

  • Explain investment products such as mutual funds, insurance, retirement plans, or portfolio management services.
  • Assist in onboarding clients into wealth products aligned with their financial needs.

4 CRM & Pipeline Management:

  • Track interactions and follow-ups using CRM software.
  • Ensure client data is up-to-date and compliant with financial regulations.

5 Client Relationship Support:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries.
  • Support cross-selling opportunities by understanding broader financial needs.

6 Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure all interactions and sales are in line with financial regulations and firm policies.
  • Prepare and review documentation for account openings, KYC (Know Your Customer), etc.
  • Skills Required:Strong understanding of financial products
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Knowledge of financial regulations (like SEBI, FINRA, or relevant local laws)
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools
  • Ability to build trust over phone/email
  • Value to the Firm:Helps scale client acquisition without needing in-person advisors.
  • Increases efficiency by handling routine queries and filtering high-value prospects for senior wealth managers.
  • Supports upselling and retention of existing clients.
