Inside Sales Representative

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth through outbound and inbound sales activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a target-driven mindset.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups
• Handle office Admin
• Handle inbound leads and convert them into qualified prospects
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Schedule meetings or close the sales.
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Prepare sales reports and performance updates
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth closure
