Inside Sales Representative

Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-ownership Inside Sales Executive to convert qualified patient leads into treatment programs through structured, consultative sales conversations.

This role sits at the intersection of healthcare, patient counselling, and revenue growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with warm, high-intent leads (doctor-approved, form-filled patients)
• Conduct structured counselling calls to:

• Understand skin concerns, lifestyle, and expectations
• Explain Clinderma’s treatment philosophy and plans
• Drive treatment program enrollment
• Close sales while maintaining ethical, patient-first communication
• Maintain accurate call notes, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM
• Coordinate with doctors, skin coaches, and operations for smooth onboarding
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets
• What Success Looks LikeHigh prescription-to-conversion ratio
• Strong AOV and retention from closed clients
• Clean CRM hygiene and follow-up discipline
• Positive patient feedback and trust scores
• Ideal Candidate Profile1–4 years of experience in inside sales / tele-sales / healthcare sales
• Strong communication skills (English + Hindi; regional language a plus)
• Ability to explain clinical concepts in simple, confident language
• Target-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable with metrics
• Empathetic listener with high integrity (this is healthcare)
• Nice to HaveExperience in healthcare, diagnostics, pharma, wellness, or D2C health brands
• Exposure to CRM tools (Kylas, LeadSquared, Salesforce, etc.)
• Background in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or allied health
