Job Description

What Inside Sales Reps Do:

Prospect for new leads (cold calling, email outreach, social media).

Qualify leads to determine if they're a good fit.

Present solutions and answer questions.

Close deals and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Update CRM systems with contact info, deal stages, and notes.
