Job Title: Insurance Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Insurance Sales Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and motivating a team of insurance sales representatives to achieve sales targets, drive revenue growth, and expand the customer base. This role involves strategic planning, performance monitoring, client relationship management, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and supervise insurance sales agents/advisors
• Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve business goals
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate partners
• Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base
• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
• Support agents in closing high-value or complex deals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in insurance sales (3–7 years preferred)
• Prior team handling or managerial experience
• Strong knowledge of insurance products (life, health, general, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
