Insurance Sales Executive

The job details are as follows:-

1. You have to recruit team independently for selling Insurance policies.

2. You have to handle and train them properly so that they can sale Insurance policies independently

3. You have to generate Lead through them for selling Insurance policies.

4. Minimum your target is to recruit 15 Agents monthly out of which 10 nos should get activated by passing IRDAI EXAM and 5 nos should generate business by selling 10 nos of Insurance policies Worth Rs. 25000 each.

5. If you could fulfil the above condition as laid down sl no.4 you will be called for an interview and salary and/or commission which will be decided at the time of interview by HRD.
