Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSILIBILTIES

 Creating design concepts and presentations that align with the client's vision and

requirements.

 Designing custom furniture, fixtures, and built-in elements that complement the

design.

 Conducting site visits to assess progress, resolve any issues that arise during

construction or installation, and ensure that the design intent is being realized.

 Takes accurate as-built measurements for developing floor plans and elevations.

 Creates project budgets and maintains up-to-date documentation of all activities.

 Develops and maintains productive and effective relationships with clients.

 Capable of executing the site by oneself.

 Overseeing the implementation of the design plan, coordinating with contractors,

vendors, and suppliers, and ensuring that the project stays on schedule
