Job Title: International BPO - Cold Calling Tele-Sales Executive (UK Process)

Working Hours: UK Shift (e.g., 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele-Sales Executive for our UK-based outbound cold calling process. The role involves generating leads, pitching products/services, and closing sales over the phone to UK-based customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and experience in international calling or B2C/B2B telesales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential UK customers from provided databases or leads.

Clearly explain and promote products or services based on customer needs.

Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer feedback using CRM systems.

Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Follow compliance and quality standards related to UK telesales regulations.

Attend daily briefings, sales meetings, and training sessions.

Requirements:

Prior experience in international BPO (preferably UK process) or cold calling / telesales.

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English.

Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented.

Ability to handle rejections and remain professional and positive.

Flexibility to work in UK time zone.
