Location: Andheri E Mumbai

Job Title: Investment Manager/Business Development Associate/ Senior Executive - Sales

Roles and Responsibilities:

* End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM

* Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties.

* Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures

* Achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.

Skills Required:

* Excellent communication skills written and verbal.

* Proficient in both Hindi & English and local language is advantage

* MS office

* Customer relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills

* Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence

Educational Qualification & Work Experience :

* A graduate from any discipline is preferred

* 1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred.

* Freshers also welcome

Compensation, Perks and Benefits:

* Goal based auto-appraisals and promotion in every 3 months, with 10% hike on each goal crossed

* CTC – 3 to 3.5 Lacs Fixed (Fresher + Experienced)
