Job Description

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate IPD patient admissions, transfers, and discharges efficiently.

· Act as the single point of contact for IPD patients and their attendants.

· Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, and insurance teams for patient care and documentation.

· Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of patient records, consent forms, and IPD documentation.

· Assist patients with treatment plans, room allocation, and service coordination.

· Handle patient queries, concerns, and escalations with empathy and professionalism.

· Coordinate billing processes, estimates, approvals, and discharge summaries.

· Ensure compliance with hospital policies and IPD protocols.

· Support hospital administration in improving patient experience and service quality.

Key Requirements

Experience

· Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an IPD Coordinator / Patient Coordinator / Hospital Operations role.

· Prior experience in hospital or healthcare setup is mandatory.

Educational Qualification

· Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare / Hospital Management preferred).

Skills

· Strong knowledge of IPD workflows, hospital operations, and patient coordination.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to handle patients and attendants calmly under pressure.

· Good coordination skills with doctors, nurses, and internal departments.

· Basic computer knowledge (Hospital Software, MS Excel, Word, Email).

· Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
