Job Description
Desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral problems provide basic troubleshooting for Windows OS and standard software (Ms Office, Outlook, Teams, WhatsApp etc.,)
Networking fundamentals (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, Firewall application – basic level)
Maintain clear communication with end users regarding issue status and resolution.
Basic Troubleshooting DNS,DHCP Knowledge. Perform user account management tasks (Active Directory)
Understand predictive dialer /IVR related work and for support to contact vendor and client.
Understand Endpoint security antivirus and policy management.
Weekly Users end computer maintains(GPupdate/Timesyn/Tuning Utility/deleted nonworking profile/antivirus updates/system security status/ CPU dust clean etc.,)
CCTV maintenance and Troubleshooting.
