Jr. Accountant

Our company Mastermind Money Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a corporate DSA dealing in loans such as Home Loans, Loan Against Property, and other secured loans. We are associated with 50–60+ banks and NBFCs.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Thorough knowledge of TDS and GST compliance

✔ Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

✔ Updating accounts receivable and issuing invoices

✔ Managing accounts payable and performing reconciliations

✔ Assisting in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and financial statements as per legal and company guidelines

✔ Reviewing expenses, payroll records, and other financial data

✔ Maintaining financial databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information

✔ Preparing and submitting weekly/monthly reports

✔ Supporting senior accountants in monthly/yearly financial closings

✔ Handling debtors follow-up & realization

✔ Assisting with various accounting projects as required

✔ Ensuring seamless workflow and keeping the reporting person informed about all accounting activities

Requirements:

✔ Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations

✔ Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software

✔ Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills

✔ Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

✔ Effective communication and coordination skills
