Key Account Manager

Job Description:

• As a single window to the customer, Lead and drive the growth of the company by retaining key customers.
• Ensure orders are regularly coming from existing customers.
• Do business analysis customer wise and corrections are taken wherever required and present to management
• Attend ad-hoc/contract RFQs as per deadline and submit the rates by effectively analysing market rates and competition. Participate in negotiations and close biddings.
• Enquiry tracker is maintained and analysed to evaluate enquiry to order realisation ratio and presented to management
• Ensure receivables are in line with contract terms.
• Support credit control team in case of billing and reconciliation issues
• Ensure valid contract agreements are in place in time with all relevant commercials
• Address customer concerns/complaints from time to time so as to see the business is not impacted
• Visit every customers once in a month or as and when required and ensure highest level of customer relationship is achieved and there by long term customer retention

Candidate Profile:

• Educational qualification - Any Graduate
• Experience - 8 to 10 years of core experience in PAN INDIA transportation industry handling Key Accounts.
• Skills required -Good knowledge of operational integration, Customer orientation, ERP, MS Excel and very good communication skill.
