Job Description

Job Summary:-

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our cloud kitchen. The role focuses on food quality, team management, hygiene compliance, inventory control, and timely order dispatch to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:-

Kitchen Operations

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations across all shifts
  • Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of online orders
  • Maintain standard recipes, portion control, and food consistency
  • Coordinate with delivery partners to meet dispatch timelines

Team Management

  • Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff
  • Ensure discipline, productivity, and teamwork
  • Conduct daily briefings and performance monitoring

Food Safety & Hygiene

  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI and internal hygiene standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and storage areas
  • Monitor food handling, storage temperatures, and safety practices

Inventory & Cost Control

  • Manage raw material inventory and vendor coordination
  • Monitor wastage, pilferage, and portion control
  • Prepare daily consumption and stock reports

Quality Control

  • Conduct regular quality checks on food before dispatch
  • Handle customer feedback and corrective actions
  • Ensure adherence to brand SOPs and recipes

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare daily operational reports (sales, wastage, manpower)
  • Coordinate with central operations, procurement, and QA teams
  • Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2–5 years experience as Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef / Senior Kitchen Supervisor
  • Experience in cloud kitchen / QSR / restaurant operations preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and inventory management
  • Leadership and people-management skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Standing for long hours in a kitchen environment
